Rallie Warranty Policy

Personal Use

Each Rallie Pickleball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.

Rallie warrants that each new ball machine purchased for personal use will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Batteries are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Any part of the ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 3-year warranty period, will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Proof of purchase must be provided as evidence.

Commercial Use (Clubs, Training Facilities, and Other Organizations)

Each Rallie Pickleball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.

Rallie warrants that each new ball machine purchased for commercial use will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Batteries are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Any part of the ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 1-year warranty period, will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Proof of purchase must be provided as evidence.

Machine Maintenance and Repairs

Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast customer service. Email communication is preferred as it will allow our entire support team to assist you quickly.

If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

  1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God, or any other casualty.

  2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions.

  3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.

  4. Throwing wheels, which are covered for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
