Welcome to Rallie Pickleball! We are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or pre-order items may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
  • All February orders will ship in March. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS to ensure timely delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier office before reaching out to us.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure shipping location or requesting signature confirmation.
